Section 4 a

Club Admission Framework

Membership of F.I.C. shall be open explicitly to adult males who satisfy the following foundational parameters:

I

Age & Referral

Between the ages of 35 and 55 years old. Every potential new member must be properly introduced by an active, existing member of the F.I.C.

II

Formal Application

Must have properly completed the club’s official application form and submitted a formal letter of intention along with all mandatory background documents.

III

Verifiable Income

Possess a completely legitimate, transparent, and verifiable source of professional or entrepreneurial income.

IV

Clear Record

Must have absolutely no past or current criminal records in the Federal Republic of Nigeria or anywhere else globally.

V

Active Growth

Must demonstrate a direct capacity and willingness to participate actively in the overall growth, structural development, and operational expansion of FIC.

Membership Review & Probationary Period

Prospective members introduced to the club by an Active member will immediately enter a mandatory **3-month probation period**. Following this timeframe, full admittance or rejection will be decided conclusively by vote of the general assembly. (A specialized Membership Committee Chair is dynamically elected among active members to oversee this process.)

Upon Admittance, Every Individual Member Shall Be:

1. Bound

Strictly governed by the rules of the Club Constitution and official By-laws.

2. Liable

Responsible for all mandatory fees, contributions, and subscriptions fixed by the club.

3. Entitled

Granted unhindered access to all direct privileges, networks, and operational advantages of membership.

Section 4 b

Operational Membership Guidelines

A clear breakdown of ongoing requirements, financial commitments, and attendance compliance paths.

1. Membership Requirements

Invitation Basis

Membership is entirely by invitation only and strictly requires an official recommendation form completed by an active member in good standing.

Mandatory Orientation

Newly approved members must physically or virtually attend a comprehensive onboarding orientation meeting to study the club's long-term mission, core values, and behavior expectations.

2. Attendance & Meeting Requirements

Monthly General Assembly Meetings

Members are constitutionally expected to maintain at least a **75% cumulative attendance record** across all monthly sessions, whether joining virtually or physically.

Attendance Infractions
  • Missing more than three (3) consecutive general assembly meetings without providing an officially vetted, valid reason will trigger an immediate written warning notice.
  • Continued absence beyond warning thresholds directly escalates to formal membership suspension.
Annual Retreats & Philanthropic Initiatives

Members are strongly expected to prioritize structural annual retreats and club volunteer initiatives. Robust participation solidifies brotherhood bonds and executes F.I.C.'s pledge to drive sustainable impact in wider society.

3. Dues & Financial Contributions

Monthly Club Dues

All active members must contribute a baseline fee of **NGN 25,000 per month** to support corporate club operations and projects.

Payment Windows & Deadlines

Dues must clear the club repository on or before the **5th day of each active calendar month**. Any late clearances executed after this date will automatically incur a fixed penalty fine of **NGN 5,000**.

Financial Non-Compliance Pipeline
  • 2 Months Overdue: Formal internal warning notice issued directly by the treasury.
  • 3 Months Overdue: Automated immediate suspension of all club membership privileges.
  • Beyond 3 Months: Direct review by the executive assembly to initiate complete membership termination procedures.

4. Disciplinary Consequences Matrix

Attendance Violations

First step is written warning tracking under 75%. Continued failure to comply locks membership privileges via immediate operational suspension.

Dues Non-Payment

Passing the 3-month continuous non-payment threshold triggers an active suspension. Unpaid balances lingering beyond 6 months execute a complete eviction from the group.

5. Reapplication Framework for Former Members

Members terminated or separated due to baseline attendance or financial dues defaults retain a right to formally reapply for entry only after a **six-month cool-off waiting period**. Reapplicants must satisfy these strict restorative pillars:

  • Clear Re-entry Fee: Remit a restitution payment equal to three months of standard dues (**NGN 75,000**).
  • Mandatory Probation: Agree to an airtight 6-month probationary timeline, requiring 100% attendance and flawless on-time payment track records.
  • Active Re-nomination: Secure a fresh endorsement from an active member willing to act as a guarantor for their renewed club commitment.

6. General Conduct and Ethical Expectations

Respect & Integrity

Demonstrate absolute honor and upright character in all interactions within the club and out in broader global society.

Active Participation

Consistently contribute intellectual ideas, physical presence, and execution resources toward the club’s development projects.

Strict Confidentiality

Safeguard and respect the absolute privacy of all business discussions, internal communications, and member records.

Section 5, 6 & 7

Constitutional Safeguards & Eviction Protocols

The procedural rules governing separation, non-discrimination clauses, and floor voting rights.

Section 5: Termination Mechanisms

A member's relationship with the club will be permanently dissolved by any of the following specific events:

  • Voluntary official Resignation or formal Expulsion procedures.
  • Discovery of false statements intentionally written into the original application files.
  • Deliberate, uncorrected breach of any formal rule, internal regulation, or constitutional by-law.
  • Any validated action confirmed detrimental to the reputation or welfare of the club, proven following a meticulous investigation.
The Two-Thirds Removal Rule:

A member can be permanently removed for programmatic violations only via a strict two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of the entire active assembly. The member in question must be systematically presented with a formal written statement of charges by the Executive Committee, given ample time to speak and counter charges at an emergency assembly, and the final decision must be executed via an entirely anonymous **secret ballot** finalized within 1 week of the hearing.

Section 6: Zero Discrimination Policy

There shall be absolutely no form or type of systemic discrimination permitted within the club, whether it be based on a gentleman’s race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, handicap, or status.

Section 7: Floor & Voting Privileges

All verified Active Members in good standing will permanently enjoy unrestricted full floor privileges and complete voting authority on any and all items of club business—including resolutions, legislative proposals, operational bylaws, and officer elections.

Friends In Common Constitutional Framework

This code enforces structure, secures asset health, and elevates mutual respect across our global brotherhood. Adherence guarantees a premium community environment for sustainable personal and collective influence.
